Porthcurno – Cornwall, UK
Porthcurno is a little paradise right in the UK. It has won many awards and we can see why! Soft white sands and turquoise water, the famous Logan Rock and stunning cliffs are just some of the fantastic sights you can see there. You will also be able to visit the Porthcurno Telegraph Museum and learn about the role Cornwall played in the history of global communication.
Agonda Beach – Goa, India
You can find this particular beach gem in a large village called Agonda in Cananacona, South Goa. Love turtles? You’re in luck. This beach is one of the only four beaches designated for turtle nesting. Some say it is the best beach in South Goa. It is the combination of the landscapes, the palms and fields that make it such a special location. The bonus is that the surrounding accommodation options will not break the bank! Bells Beach – Victoria, Australia
Bells Beach is a renowned seaside just 100km away from Melbourne. If you’re into water sports, you will be able to see some of the world’s best surfers ride the local waves and get a perfect view of dramatic cliffs in the background. Even the final scene of the film “Point-Break” was filmed there. This beach is very dear to the locals and they even have a Surfers Appreciating the Natural Environment group which looks after the reef and tried to get it to its original state.
