No, you won’t need the recipient’s passport information when purchasing Flightgift. Your recipient will book their own flight and provide their personal details. All you have to do is create a unique and personalized Flightgift for your favorite travel lover.

The image on your printable PDF is initially printed upside down to be folded into a creative card. Fold the giftcard twice following the dotted line and your image will be upright and ready to give to your loved one!

You can book a flight with your Flightgift card through our redeem page:

Afterwards, a confirmation email will arrive in the email you provided, followed by your booking reference number. All there’s left is to pack up and enjoy your upcoming vacation!

Flightgift is redeemable for 400+ international airlines. Our list of airlines includes full-service carriers such as Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways and low-cost airlines such as Spirit, SouthWest, and Flair. Your Flightgift card is valid for 2 years starting from the date of purchase.

Although extending the expiry date of your gift card is not possible, you can use it for a booking 8-9 months in advance. Please note that this depends on the availability of the flights, as informed by our suppliers.

After purchase, all gift card codes have a 24-hour waiting period before the gift card can be redeemed. For any questions, please reach out to our Customer Success team and they will be happy to help.

To cancel your flight, kindly reach out to our Customer Success team. Please be aware that cancellation or change requests may incur an admin fee.

If your flight has been canceled, please contact the Flightgift Support Team. Refunds for canceled flights may take up to 30 days and will be issued to the gift card used for the booking. However, in the event of a no-show, regrettably, we cannot provide a refund.

In the event of flight cancelation, Flightgift will refund the costs to your gift card. For more information on our refund policy, visit our Terms and Conditions page.

If there are remaining funds on your Flightgift, you can use them to reserve another flight. If the booking cost surpasses the value of your Flightgift, you can cover the outstanding amount during checkout by using your preferred payment method.

Once you’ve used your gift card, any remaining amount can be applied towards another booking. In case your subsequent booking exceeds the gift card balance, you can easily cover the difference at checkout using your preferred payment method.

It’s not necessary to activate your Flightgift before use. Apply the gift card code at the checkout when booking your flight through our website.

If you have received more than one Flightgift you can combine their values in one booking! We are happy to share that you can redeem up to 3 Flightgift cards for one booking. If you have any more questions please reach out to our customer success team.

It is not possible to redeem your Flightgift for cash. A Flightgift can only be redeemed for flights on our booking engine.

You should receive a booking confirmation email for your flight within 5 minutes after purchase. Please check the spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your primary inbox. In the absence of a confirmation email, please drop our Customer Success team a message with your booking details and they’ll be happy to help.

If your Flightgift is lost and the redeem code is still valid, please contact us. Include your full name, email address, and purchase receipt. We will deactivate the code on the lost gift card and issue a new one for you.

Recipients can use their gift card code for multiple bookings, and any remaining amount will remain on their card until their next booking (expiring two years after purchase). No pressure to use it all at once!

If recipients choose an order value lower than their gift card value, the remaining balance will remain on the gift card for 2 years from the purchase date. This allows them ample time to fully make use of the gift card value on flights of their choice.

After completing the booking process, a confirmation page will display all your booking details. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email at the provided email address, followed by an email with your booking reference number.

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please send us an email with your booking details. Note that an admin fee applies for cancelation and change requests and it varies depending on the airline policy.

If your flight is canceled by the airline, please contact our Customer Success team. Please note that any refund procedure can take up to 30 days from the day of cancelation. All refunds are returned to the gift card used to make the booking.

Flight modifications can either be made on the airline website directly by the passenger or, if direct amendments on the airline website are not possible, through our Customer Success team.

You can add more baggage to your Flightgift booking in 2 ways:

Wanneer je een Flightgift cadeaubon besteld wordt deze geheel kosteloos verzonden, via de priority bezorging service van PostNL. Wanneer je op werkdagen voor 14:00 en op zaterdagen voor 12:00 je bestelling plaatst, wordt deze dezelfde dag nog op de post gedaan.

Wereldwijde prioriteitspost bevat geen trackingnummer voor je bestelling.

Als je meerdere Flightgift cadeaubonnen van dezelfde waarde wilt bestellen, pas je het aantal cadeaubonnen aan tijdens het plaatsen van je bestelling. Als je meerdere cadeaubonnen met verschillende waarden wilt bestellen, navigeer dan naar “Verder winkelen” in je winkelwagen om cadeaukaarten met verschillende waarden toe te voegen.

Je kunt binnen 5 minuten na aankoop een bevestigingsmail verwachten. Controleer de spambox als deze niet in je primaire inbox verschijnt. Als je geen bevestigingsmail hebt ontvangen, kun je ons Customer Success team een ​​bericht sturen. Zij helpen je graag verder.

Bij gebruik van wereldwijde prioriteitspost wordt er geen gebruik gemaakt van Track & Trace code. Wanneer je op werkdagen voor 14:00 en op zaterdagen voor 12:00 je bestelling plaatst, wordt deze dezelfde dag nog op de post gedaan.

U kunt uw giftcard binnen 14 dagen na aankoop annuleren, zolang deze ongebruikt is. Neem hiervoor contact op met onze klantenservice.

Een Flightgift cadeaubon is eenvoudig te verzilveren in een paar stappen:

1. Zoek je gewenste vlucht, via onze website
2. Voeg deze toe aan je winkelmandje
3. Vul je persoonlijke gegevens in, precies zoals deze in je paspoort vermeld staan
4. Ga naar de kassa
5. Voer je unieke voucher code in
6. Bevestig je boeking

Binnen enkele minuten ontvang je een bevestiging van je boeking in je inbox en kan je avontuur beginnen.

Je hoeft je Flightgift niet te activeren. Maak gewoon een boeking op onze boekingspagina en voer je vouchercode in bij het afrekenen.

Na aankoop is de giftcard 2 jaar geldig.

Helaas is het niet mogelijk om de vervaldatum van je voucher te verlengen. Onze Flightgift cadeaukaarten zijn echter 2 jaar geldig en kunnen tot 8-9 maanden van tevoren worden gebruikt voor een boeking, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van de vluchten.

Als je na een boeking een resterend bedrag op je Flightgift cadeaubon hebt staan, kun je dit gebruiken voor een volgende boeking. Als deze duurder is dan de waarde van je Flightgift, kun je eventuele extra kosten bij het afrekenen betalen met de door jou gekozen betaalmethode.

Het is op dit moment (nog) niet mogelijk om je huidige saldo van de giftcard te controleren. Zodra je nog een resterend tegoed op je giftcard hebt staan zal dit automatisch met je volgende boeking worden verrekend. Ben je toch benieuwd welk bedrag er nog op je cadeaubon staat? Neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice.

Je kunt je Flightgift cadeaubon in meerdere termijnen gebruiken. Wanneer je een vlucht hebt geboekt en er is een resterend tegoed over dan is het mogelijk om dit in te zetten voor een volgende boeking. Tevens kun je tot wel 3 giftcards toevoegen om je boeking te betalen. Heb je meer dan 3 giftcards? Neem dan even contact op met de klantenservice, zij kunnen je dan verder helpen.

De Flightgift cadeaubon kan alleen worden ingewisseld voor vluchten via onze boekingspagina.

Alle codes hebben een wachtperiode van 24 uur na aankoop voordat de code kan worden gebruikt. Neem voor hulp contact op met onze klantenservice.
