Return Window You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Return Cost All eligible returns are 100% free of charge. You’ll receive your refund back to your original payment method. Eligibility To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • The Flightgift has not been redeemed, even partially.
  • It is not linked to a pending booking.
  • The gift was purchased as a consumer order (not a business order starting with “FC-B”).
  • The order was placed via Flightgift.com or Experiencegift.com.
  • The order was not paid with crypto payment.
How to Request a Refund If you meet the eligibility criteria, the gift buyer can request a refund by emailing our support team at support@flightgift.com. Once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note: Refunds can only be issued when requested within 14 days from the date of purchase, regardless of when the gift is given, and we don't offer refunds on gift cards that have been purchased with crypto payments.
