Experience was the best I expected. That I had some difficulty figuring out how to approve the $500 charge using my Citi app is probably down to me, but I would have appreciated instructions to confirm my identity (and that's a GREAT idea, too!).

The responses I received were timely
The responses I received were timely, courteous, and very detailed. The end result was a flight booked to my precise specifications. My only issue is with the company's seeming inability to allow me to book a flight on their website with this one specific airline only. It's not clear to me why this is. However in the end the support team did its job well and provided satisfaction.
