Great customer assistance
I ordered a giftcard and it had to be sent by mail to an address in France. The mail took a little longer than expected. However Flightgift coud tell me exactly when the mail had been sent, and offered to resend it, which I declined. Finally the mail arrived in the letterbox and everything was good. I thought I had lost the voucher but managed to contact and was retrieved for me. Booking wsa good. I have never flown Air Europa before - let's see how it goes. Was a gift from my daughter and turned out to not be as daunting as I thought it would be.
