If you wish to cancel your flight, please contact our Customer Service. Please note that an admin fee can apply for cancellation or change requests. If your flight has been cancelled by the airline please contact the Flightgift Support Team. Please note that any refund procedure can take up to 30 days from the moment that the flight has been cancelled. All refunds are loaded on the gift card that was used to make the booking. In the case of a no-show (i.e. remaining absent from the booked flight), we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund.

After using your gift card, if there’s a remaining amount you can use it towards another booking. If your subsequent booking is more expensive, you can settle the difference at checkout with your preferred payment method.
It’s not possible to add additional funds to your Flightgift. However, you can use it to book a flight that’s more expensive than the gift card’s value by covering the additional cost with the payment method of your choice.
No, it’s currently not possible to make a booking without a Flightgift since you need a Flightgift voucher code to make a booking on our booking engine.
If you have a remaining amount on your Flightgift, you can use it for another booking. If the booking is more expensive than the value of my Flightgift, you can pay any additional cost at the checkout using your chosen payment method.
There’s no need to activate your flight voucher; simply make a booking with your Flightgift using our booking engine and enter your code at the checkout.
Upon completing the booking process, you will see a confirmation page with your booking details. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address provided.
All codes have a 24-hour hold period after purchase before they can be used. Please contact our customer service for assistance if it remains deactivated for longer than this window.
