How to wrap a gift card for Christmas
Who says wrapping gift vouchers for Christmas requires a lot of effort? All you need to wrap a Christmas gift impressively is some wrapping paper, packing twine, a few fir branches from the nearest tree in your neighbourhood and tape.
There are a few different ways to wrap your flight gift card. A simple envelope is the best solution for those who want to spend as little time as possible on this task. First, cover your gift card in paper so it looks like an envelope. Now tie the wrapping string around the envelope in the shape of a cross. Secure in the fir branches where the string intersects. Tada! Now you have a Christmas gift.
You can pimp your flight gift voucher with a few decorative items, such as gold stars.
Feeling a bit more creative? You can make a reindeer envelope if you have a little more time. You'll need a white envelope, some cardboard and paint. Also, have some scissors and glue ready. Slide the voucher into the envelope and seal it. Now the cardboard comes into play. Cut out a reindeer's antlers from the cardboard and, separately, a reindeer's face. Use the paint to colour the fur, the eyes and the nose. Loosely glue the face to the front so that the head lines up with the top of the envelope. Glue the ears with the antlers to the back of the envelope. That's it!
Creative ideas for gift card wrapping

For the simple variant of wrapping the flight gift card with paper and some string, you can, of course, use alternatives instead of the pine branch. Dried flowers or summer twigs are great here.
Dried flowers are part of our next creative idea too. You will need some coloured wrapping paper, a page from an old book you no longer need, and some string. Start by wrapping the airline voucher in coloured paper and tear the top and bottom of the book page to your liking. Then wrap it around the wrapped gift card and tape it to the back. Wrap the cord around the middle of the flight gift voucher and tuck the dried flowers underneath. Your beautiful gift is now ready!
Alternatively, you can give your airline gift in a glass. Of course, it won't fit into a drinking glass, so use a large canning jar. The most important thing is that the recipient can easily remove the airline voucher. You will also need some decorative granules to fill up the bottom of the jar. You can easily position the flight gift card in the granules without falling over. Finally, fill the jar with small items such as ribbon, chocolate or other sweets, and your multi-airline voucher is ready to give.
