Great customer assistance
I ordered a giftcard and it had to be sent by mail to an address in France. The mail took a little longer than expected. However Flightgift coud tell me exactly when the mail had been sent, and offered to resend it, which I declined. Finally the mail arrived in the letterbox and everything was good.
